Accountant Receivable Administrator

The position would directly report to A/R Manager of Finance Department, below please refer to the job description:

Key performance areas:

In general, to handle outbound calls, sales leads identify and prospecting, to support Customer Lifecycle Management and technical hotline. To work closely with the sales team and support them to achieve sales objectives and improve the sales efficiency and customer satisfaction, to expand the customer base.

· Responsible for handling BAD( bank acceptance draft)

· Reconciling accounts with the customer

· Coordinate with Financial and sales department

· Other position related tasks requested by supervisor

Your profile:

· Bachelor degree or above

· At least 1~2 years working experience in the field of Accounts Receivable Collections

· Financial background is required

· Excellent communication and negotiation skills with ability to deliver results and to resolve problem
