Report to: Chief Executive Officer, ThyssenKrupp (China) Ltd.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Arrange travel and accommodation and, occasionally, travel with CEO to take notes at meetings or to provide general assistance during presentations;

2. Screen telephone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate;

3. Coordinate with internal and external departments/counterparties to arrange and plan for CEO’s business schedule and activities;

4. Assist the Communication Head to arrange CEO’s public media and government relation activities;

5. Assist with preparation of documents, spreadsheet, briefing papers, reports and presentation;

6. Perform various analyst and document duties such as researching, drafting and proposal writing;

7. Search the related information for CEO and the other personal assistance role;

8. Organize Board members Visits / Events;

9. Travel Management, take the lead to maintain C-trip online booking system running properly, be responsible for extending contracts with hotels and airlines, interface with the travelers and Ctrip, airlines to ensure travels request can be met;

10. Back up for each other with CFO assistant

Qualifications:

1. Native Chinese, fluent in English, preferably also in German;

2. Familiar with all Office tools, incl. PowerPoint, Excel etc.;

3. Friendly and welcoming personality with good presence;

4. Familiar with MNC HQ work nature and experience dealing with global counterparts.

5. Attentive to details and well organized;

6. Minimum of 3 years at executive secretarial level in a corporate environment;

7. Strong interpersonal skills and good presentation skills to interface effectively with senior management executives, colleagues etc.

8. Bachelor’s degree
