Responsibility:
1.Be in-charge of China and China Hong Kong Financial Analysis. Work proactively with cross-functional teams to provide regular outlook and Planning on volume, Revenue, Gross Margin, OCOG and Operating Income etc;
2.Work closely with accounting team; provide financial highlights of actual performance result and present finding and specific recommendations to management on issues affecting financial performance and Risk/Opportunity. Submit on timely basis of various reporting and analysis packages;
3.Doing detailed Financial Analysis/control on Operating Expense of China & Chin HK;
4.Support CSS service organization to analyze and help improve service organization efficiency. Also Support Business Control & process improvement initiatives.
5.Others Designated by Management.
Knowledge:
1.Extensive current knowledge of USA & China GAAP;
2.Extensive knowledge of company Tax regulations;
3.Excellent knowledge of Integrated and non integrated accounting software.
Others required:
1.Highly motivated, assertive and takes initiative to detect root cause and resolve issues on short and long term basis;
2.Great Flexibility of working under uncertainty & ability to complete multiple projects under time pressure;
3.Very good communication (Oral and written) skills in English & Chinese;
4.Great working spirit;
5.Have Potential to grow;
6.Careful and Accurate;
7.Very Familiar with Excel
Experience:
At least 4 years relevant experience in MNCs with 2 years in Financial Analysis Role
Accounting experience will be a plus
Qualifications:
Finance or Accounting university degree;
