职位描述：
1、负责在线解答客户的咨询并进行合理引导，促成销售订单的完成；
2、负责确认客户资料及订购信息，及时准确回答客户提出的问题，在解答过程中要文明用语；
3、对公司客户群进行维护与管理
4、适当处理服务的故障和客户的投诉处理，控制消费者满意度的的跟踪及分析；
5、定期整理搜集客户反馈，进行客户需求分析；
6、及时有效的做好客户的回访工作；
7、在不违反公司制度的前提下让客户感受到最大程度的满意；
8、有相关经验者优先。
任职要求：
1. 2年以上的客户服务及管理经验，相关网络领域从业者优先 ；
2. 较强的协调能力、人际交往能力能力、表达能力，能独立处理紧急问题；
3. 普通话标准，声音甜美,性格开朗、外向、表达能力、亲和力强,打字速度快；
4. 良好的服务意识、较强的责任心和执行力，富有工作热情和团队意识。
