职位描述
Key Objectives:
？ Reporting system setting(BO, vision excel), Participate business unit controlling and analysis support, support of forecast & budget, Consolidation reports. Other controlling issues arise from biz growth.
Major Responsibilities:
？ Prepare business line analysis and planning –long range plan, budget, rolling forecast and monthly management summary, gap analysis actual vs. budget
？ Prepare financial asset portfolio report – monitor portfolio movement, and generate portfolio mgt report, IRR/margin analysis, pricing analysis, etc.
？ Prepare the controlling report to Group reporting system – portfolio and financial results
？ Prepare the monthly business review ppt and ad. Hoc internal reports
？ Participate in the development of efficient processes to ensure controlling department can meet the needs of a rapid growing business
？ Participate in CN consolidation
？ Project-based controlling – Fix assets, IT and Marketing costs tracking and gap analysis, actual vs. budget
？ Assist in overheads control
Qualifications:
？ Bachelor degree of accounting/finance management. CPA/CFA/ACCA/MBA is a plus.
？ Over 3 years concrete experience in accounting reporting and analysis area, including minimum 1 years experience in financial planning and analysis function.
？ Good knowledge of accounting and finance industry.
？ IFRS knowledge and local GAAP
？ CMS, SAP, SUN operation skills and auto finance knowledge are plus
？ Excellent MS Office skills
？ Good communication skill and fluent English
？ Sensitive in datas
？ Patient on details
