1. To promote and develop Clestra Asia in China mainland for both local and MNC projects /clients.
2. To identify projects and business opportunities and cooperate together with sales team to close the deal.
3. To identify needs, collect detailed project information, devise customized approach
4. To identify and develop sizeable project opportunities in partition, ceiling and cleanroom aspects
5. To establish marketing plan and marketing strategies in order to promote our branding in the industry.
6. To prepare Sales proposal to customer and working as a team member for mock up and development if in need.
7. Review tender documents to evaluate feasibility, cost estimates and technical details if in need.
8. Produce relevant descriptions, specifications, programs and other supporting documents for tenders or contracts if in need.
9. Always react to difficult situations with a problem solving and diplomatic approach remembering the importance of the Client/Architect/Contractor for our future work
10. Adopt a positive and constructive attitude to your work and generally strive to maintain or improve the efficiency and smooth running of your operating group and the company as a whole.
