职位描述：
1、 主持日常财务、会计及税务管理工作，管理监督基础财务的工作质量；
2、 建立公司的会计核算体系，制定会计核算制度及财务管理制度，并监督执行；
3、 编制实施企业预决算、财务收支和资金筹措计划，负责成本核算和控制；
4、 定期组织资产清查盘点，保证财产安全；
5、制定、维护、改进公司财务管理程序和政策，以满足控制风险的要求，确保资金的有效管理，加速资金周转，考核资金使用效果，规避资金和债务风险；
6、 完成各项财务结算、会计核算，上报财务执行情况，为管理层提供分析数据；
7、 定期清理往来帐户，及时催收和清偿款项，做好帐务核对，组织审计工作；
8、 负责部门团队建设及员工培养，制定财务内部相关指标，做好绩效考核管理；
9、 全面负责帐务问题处理及税务的协调工作，维系好与银行及税务机关的关系。
任职资格 ：
1、财务、会计、金融等专业，具有会计从业资格证，助理会计师以上职称
2、5年以上财务管理工作经验
3、熟悉国家金融政策、企业财务制度及流程、会计电算化，精通相关财税法律法规；
4、较强的成本管理、风险控制和财务分析的能力；
5、良好的组织、协调、沟通能力和团队协作精神，能承受较大工作压力。
6、有建筑装饰行业工作经历者优先；
