JOB DUTIES
？ Ensures that the financial statements are prepared in accordance with the IFRS and China GAP.
？ Ensures that all taxation, accounting and corporate returns are prepared and lodged as required by legislation and other requirements.
？ Assist management and sales staff in the preparation of operating budgets
？ Implement business process developments and systems and ensures its smooth implementation.
？ Arrange and supervise counts/inspections of the company’s physical property, including inventories.
？ Assist the company’s auditor to conduct their work.
？ Ensure that the Company’s system of internal controls and Metso’s Polices and procedures are compiled with.
？ Liaise with local bankers, solicitors and auditors in conjunction with the finance controller to ensure that the Company has adequate liquidity.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
？ Bachelor Degree in Accounting
？ A qualified member of CICPA, ACCA or other equivalent Accounting Professional Qualifications.
？ Hold a senior commercial position with at least 3 years experience
？ With 4 to 5 years’ audit experiences with Big 4 Accounting Firm is preferred
？ Good understanding of applicable tax rules and regulations in China.
？ Sound knowledge of corporate and commercial law.
？ Experience in supervising/performing accounting, legal and administrative activities.
？ High degree of computer literacy.
