2工作职责Responsibility:
1. 通过电话直销模式,向目标地区客户销售戴尔产品和解决方案,提供完美客户体验。
2. 通过和客户电话的沟通,了解客户需求,解决客户疑问,推荐和销售相应产品,完成销售任务。
3. 建立良好的客户关系,制定销售计划,进行销售预测
4. 利用内部资源和流程,管理销售活动,进行有效的订单的处理和跟进
5. 协调公司内部资源,提高客户满意度
• Works persistently to gain new accounts and/or identify opportunities in account territory.
• Responsible for a fewer number in more sophisticated accounts. Or a high number of less sophisticated accounts.
• Occasional involvement in outside sales lead with Inside Sales support.
• If account/acquisition focused, individual responsible for:
- Low-to-average revenue spent and/or account complexity within assigned business.
- Limited strategic value within assigned business.
• Intermediate level sales representative, complete understanding of segment, product/service offerings and client set.
• Effectively articulates the value proposition associated with Dell’s products and services.
• Recommends business solutions considering customer needs and Dell interests.
• Builds relationships with customers based on knowledge of Dell’s technology, products, services.
• Stays abreast of current industry trends and how Dell’s customers are being impacted to help solve specific market challenges in targeted industries.
• Leverages cross-functional resources to achieve results/meet customer needs.
• Effectively prioritizes multiple demands while ensuring customer needs are met.
• Makes decision based on an appropriate amount of information/data analysis.
3职位要求Qualification:
1. 大专或以上学历
2. 两年以上销售工作经验,有IT业工作经验者优先考虑
3. 语言表达流利,要求粤语流利,广州本地口音
4. 良好的中英文读写能力
5. 具备良好的销售意识和电话沟通技巧,具有较强的谈判能力
6. 具有电话销售以及跟单操作的实际经验者优先考虑
• College degree or above;
• 2 years or above of relevant experience, especially focused in IT solution areas;
• Knowledge of applicable IT technology, products, and services and is able to identify how these products and services align to customer needs.
• Prospects – Ability to create/execute an action plan to make unsolicited contact with targeted people to capture interest for further discussion.
• Sells Competitively – Ability to select and execute effective sales strategies and tactics in a differentiated manner to win the business.
• Builds Momentum – Ability to establish and accelerate forward motion toward desired sales objective.
• Demonstrates Portfolio Proficiency – Ability to differentiate and position the value of entire product and service offering.
