职位描述
(1)工作职责Responsibility:
Finance Transformation in the GAT organization is looking for a strong candidate with excellent communication skills, strong business awareness and well developed organizational discipline for a position as Business Analysis Senior Advisor
The candidate will responsible for executing to various deliverables in defined project scopes. Projects can vary in type and scope, such as IT system implementations of custom or off-the-shelf products, process improvement initiatives, organizational design, financial analysis, and others. The role will support all phases of projects, from initial envisioning through planning and design phases to implementation and support.
Key Responsibilities:
The role may include (but is not limited to) the following activities:
− Lead requirements analysis and verification, ensuring that requirement statements are correct, unambiguous, complete, consistent, prioritized, testable, understandable, and confirm to standards
− Decompose business objectives into system requirements, which may include writing requirements documentation in the BRD and reviewing/approving the technical design specification documents, using natural language simply, clearly, unambiguously and concisely.
− Use interviewing and other forms of process analysis to determine as-is processes; design to-be processes; identify process gaps, control deficiencies, and process integration mismatch; document processes using corporate toolset
− Work with global teams, leveraging conference calls and other tools for global collaboration across time zone.
− Manages requirements traceability information and tracks requirements status, and communicate updates to the Project Manager and Stakeholders.
− Provides significant input to proposed scope of the project
− Help prepare project plans and understand the specific issues to be evaluated.
− Collaborate with shared services organization to document as-is processes; design to-be processes; identify process gaps, control deficiencies, and process integration mismatch; document processes using corporate toolset
− Ensure comprehensive test planning: define test scenarios, create test scripts, engage user base and supervise acceptance testing; create formal documentation of testing results.
− Conduct/validate/sign-off on SIT and UAT based off test plans
− Consult Defect and Incident resolution and validate the change
− Develop training content, support trainer(s) in training delivery work with Business Readiness Lead on coordination of content and delivery.
Travel depends on project, can range from 0% to 50% per quarter.

− Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or similar backgrounds will be considered.
− 8+ years of experience with a combination of the following would be preferred:
- Project Management
- Process Management
- Financial analysis or financial modeling
− Excellent oral and good written communication skills in English, additional languages are a plus
− Strong ability to be able to communicate with teams of diverse backgrounds (cultural, personality, functional experience)
− Self-starting, proactive individual, and able to work with minimal supervision
− Have broad business understanding and build cross-functional relationships
− Strong process understanding and focus
− Experience in working on system implementations (Oracle, EPM, EBI and others)
− Understand and adhere to a clear vision of the intended outcomes and deliverables (content quality, timescales, business readiness and impact).
− Ability and desire to coach and train junior team members.
