岗位要求:
1. 具有良好的沟通能力，有上进心和责任感。
2. 能够独立读写设计书及邮件，并能够正常的用日语完成工作方面的交流。
3. 经过ON-JOB培训后，能够独立完成Teradata数据仓库的构建：包括ETL，Migration，Performance优化等。
4. 具有应用系统的开发和实施能力，并能熟悉和掌握Java, .NET, VB等一种或几种常用的开发语言。
有从事对日软件开发的经验者优先考虑。
教育背景：
1. 计算机及相关专业，本科或本科以上。
工作经验要求：
1. 1-3年的IT行业开发经验，熟悉一般的开发流程。
2. 1-3年的与数据库相关的设计，开发和使用经验，具备独立实施/完成数据库项目的能力。
语言基本要求：
1. 日语2级或2级相当
2. 英语 CET4
以上两种语言级别高者优先考虑。
出差要求: 20% - 60% 根据项目情况而不同
