Duties & responsibilities of Senior Concept Designer;
·Lead, guide and mentor senior designer team(s) in developing outstanding design concepts and spaces for
workplace environments.
·Work collectively on concept designs and presentations for tenders and competitions
·Establish project resourcing requirements amongst teams
·Clarify project scope and document client briefs.
·Mentor, train, supervise and manage designers to produce excellent designs and detailing standards.
·Liaise with GM and Design Director with regards to the management and performance of the Design team and assist in strategizing to achieve studio objectives


Qualifications/Experience;

· 8+ years of experience as an interior designer, with a focus on commercial / corporate interiors.
· Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture .
· China / Asia experience preferred.
· Strong knowledge of the design process, including FF&E, specifications, color, lighting and materials with
proven track record.
· Outstanding graphic and oral presentation skills.
· Software skills to include AutoCAD, Sketch up as well as knowledge of Photoshop and Microsoft Office.
· Familiar with international design projects and progressive, modern trends and projects.
· Understand and communicate design ideas and give direction to clients and senior designers quickly.
· Additional qualifications such as LEED AP, supplementary design coursesetc a plus.
