Job description
The Digital Specialist will serve as a leader to drive organic SWG Web OI through development of best-of-breed Web presence for SWG in line with SWG strategy. The role will cover but is not limited to: • Co-owner with the Strategist of the country digital plan and of the digital performance • Management of local SWG home page, Brand home pages and prioritized capabilities • Search optimization and paid search on local priority pages for organic content • Ensuring paid search is optimized and delivering results against spend (Dependent on paid search budget approval from WW) • Merchandising on local priority pages • Deploy selected eNurture • Check and manage lead/registration routing to LDRS • Work with LDRs for: • Enablement • Ensure they are clear on organic tactic codes • Ensure they are managing organic web responses in the most efficient manner • Run GMU/WW centralized organic campaigns (eg small deals) • Manage Live Person proactive chat for SWG: • Key focal point for region deployment • Represent SWG on cadence calls with ibm.com • Understand and raise issues Ensure system is optimized to drive high quality leads to the LDRs Please note - The role of the Digital Specialist is to assist the Market/Program Managers in each country with their web content. The Digital Specialist is not the owner of the content nor are they subject matter experts for each of the Brands/Programs. Results reporting • Work with GMU Digital Marketing Manager to provide results to WW and GMU leadership team • Use web metrics to assist local teams in reporting on traffic for campaigns and demonstrating how that traffic converts to leads Ensure web tactic codes are used appropriately to track organic web OI Required Skills: Over 5 years of Digital marketing and analytical skills with a deep understanding of web demand generation. Good communication and negotiation skills Skill set preferred: Knowledge of IBM marketing systems and reporting platforms, especially MAT Marketing Operations and CDPM. Basic HTML skills, offer management and cross-Geo experience.
