Roles and Responsibilities:

Support Project Manager in implementation of SAP function to GFS.

Work closely with Project manager and process lead to drive R2R process standardization , to meet the project objectives

Support project R2R process(include GL, FA, IC,INV) management activities including process GAP analysis, progress tracking, testing, status reporting, communication, issue resolution, change management, knowledge management etc,

Work closely with regional ERP, GFS Operation and MKT team for R2R data Conversion:

Support regional ERP team for account mapping

Lead and support SME /MKT for R2R data mapping, cleaning and enrichment

Responsible for data verification from Mock1 to Best & Final

Responsible for data recon from legacy system to SAP

Support and coordinate with regional ERP team to conduct the system testing

Define test scope and test plan for I1 through I3 and E2E test

Ensure the testing access includes both SAP and QC are released to SMEs on time

Lead and support the SMEs to execute the test and record in QC

Follow up with relevant parties to solve the test defect

Business Adoption:

Work closely with regional/site Business Adoption Lead for Change Management includes change impact assessment, communication and conduction

Support BA lead to complete the SAP position mapping and verification for all end users

Support and coordinate with BA lead to conduct the ERP training

Qualifications:

Good understanding of GFS/business processes and ERP modules.

Proficiency in PC skills (inc. Excel, PowerPoint and Word)

Analytical skills, ability to issue resolution and adapt to change needs

Independent, initiative and strong sense of interpersonal skill

Strong English communication proactive & multi-cultural sensitivity

Highly customer and service minded

Project management skills is a plus

Proficiency in English communication & Proactive and positive thinking

Deal with high pressure and self motivated

Bachelor’s degree majoring in Finance, Accounting

Three years of working experience in GFS
