Roles and Responsibilities:

2 Support Project Manager on the J.P. Morgan rollout to Asia markets .

2 Work closely with Global Treasury team & J.P. Morgan bank team to address Asia’s business needs

2 Accountable for GFS Center Performance of process against defined scope of work between different parties

2 Drive process standardization and act as the customer interface

2 Report and communicate the all necessary messages to OM and PM through regular meeting

2 Serve as the primary contact for the working process they lead

2 Anticipate project risks and assist project manager/compliance manager in risk mitigation/avoidance strategies

2 Support and coordinate with regional ERP team, J.P.Morgan team and market to conduct the JPM implementation.

？ Coordinate J.P.Morgan SOW sign off by related parties

？ Support JPM accounts open and SAP system configuration and interface

？ House bank configuration

？ Go live onsite supports

Qualifications:

2 Good understanding of GFS treasury/AP processes and ERP modules.

2 Proficiency in PC skills (inc. Excel, PowerPoint and Word)

2 Analytical skills, ability to issue resolution and adapt to change needs

2 Independent, initiative and strong sense of interpersonal skill

2 Strong English communication proactive & multi-cultural sensitivity

2 Highly customer and service minded

2 Project management skills is a plus

2 Proficiency in English communication & Proactive and positive thinking

2 Deal with high pressure and self motivated

2 Bachelor’s degree majoring in Finance, Accounting

2 Three years of working experience in GFS
