At Verizon, we are looking for an experience Billing Analyst to support our end- to-end billing process, including all related customer inquiries. This is a high-volume transaction environment that requires great attention to detail and superior analytical skills. Responsibilities
? Daily operational tracking related to billing and associated controls to verify data integrity and eliminate billing errors, including investigation and resolution of any variances
? Analyze sales report to ensure compliance with sales contracts
? Perform daily audits of new orders processed to ensure that all information for customers/orders has been entered completely and accurately and to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of related customer charges
? Investigate variances and assist with implementing system controls and/or operational processes in response
? Assist in the preparation and maintenance of detail customer account reconciliations & reporting,
? Verify sales volume with IT team and customers to prepare sample sales invoices for customers confirmation for accuracy, under B to C model,
? Maintain accurate customer information between different channels to ensure invoice information is properly and timely provided to customers
? Assist with the creation and testing of new reporting processes to improve process workflows.
? Assist with the preparation of accurate and detailed invoices as needed and according to schedule.
? Act as an information resource for internal and external customers, responding to and resolving inquiries concerning all billing documentation.
? Build and maintain good working relationships with other departments and ensure constant communication on statuses, issues and deadlines.
? Analyze current processes to perform a gap analysis and identify opportunities to streamline processes with automated solutions
? Work with the team to address tickets in the billing support ticketing system to ensure all billing discrepancies are resolved within established timelines
? Ensure invoices are being issued timely and accurately
? Responsible for coordination of accounts receivable with third party accounting service provider to ensure complete, accurate and timely AR collection
? Responsible for setting up infrastructure to enable direct-to-consumer billing and collections

Qualifications:
? Proficient with Microsoft office suite, particularly Microsoft Excel
? Proficient with Complex Billing Systems
? 4+ years of billing and analysis experience
? Heavy reconciliations and research experience
? Superior analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:
? Oracle CRM and BRM systems
? Principles and practices of Customer Relationship and Billing
? Experience in subscription based billing
? Fluent in written and oral English
? Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Education:
University degree with major in Finance
