Job Title – Application Engineer 应用工程师
Department: Design & Application Department设计与应用部
Work Location - Hefei, China

ESSENTIAL DUTIES OF THE JOB 工作职责
？ Application development in engine products based on customers’ requirements , and negotiate the technical agreements
根据用户的要求，开展发动机产品的应用开发工作，与用户洽谈技术协议
？ Provide the technical support in products, OEM and application；
主机厂,用户的产品及应用的技术支持
？ Application design and development, 2D/3D drawings, BOM, prototype engine and vehicle release;
应用设计及开发，2D/3D图纸，BOM，样机样车发放
？ Engine and vehicle application test implementation, reports and sign-off;
发动机及整车应用试验实施，报告编制及批准
？ Improvement in products and application quality；
产品及应用质量改进工作
？ Responsible for collecting, interpreting, calibrating, distributing in application documents and information.
应用工程技术文件和资料的收集整理、翻译、编制、校对、发放等；
？ Other authorize or assignments from Superior leaders.
负责处理上级领导授权与交办的其它事务。

COMPETENCIES/SKILLS REQUIRED 任职能力要求
？ Expert in 3D drawing , and can work independently , good team work sprits
熟练掌握三维绘图软件独立工作能力强，良好的团队精神及敬业精神；
？ Experienced in at least one of engine package, vehicle cooling system, low pressure fuel system, intake & exhaust system，mounting system, FEAD;
至少熟悉发动机整机搭载、整车冷却系统、低压燃油系统、进排气系统，悬置系统，前端皮带轮系等其中的一种；
？ NVH & Vehicle performance analysis experience preferred
具有NVH及整车性能分析经验者优先；
？ Ability to work under pressure
身体健康、能够适应较强的工作压力；
？ Good reading & interpreting skills required
具备英语阅读和翻译能力
？ Minimum bachelor degree, majored in automobile or mechanical design；
汽车、发动机或机械设计专业大学本科及以上学历
？ Minimum 4 years working experience in automobile or engine, minimum 3 working years in engine mechanical design
4年以上汽车、发动机行业工作经验，从事发动机应用设计工作3年以上
