1、 汽车客户服务部门各种流程制度、管理规范的制定和实施；
2、 客服热线的日常管理，确保为客户提供优质服务，监控整体服务质量；
3、 客户满意度调查等客户活动的策划和安排；
4、 各类业务报表的汇总，并进行相应数据分析，上报相关部门；
5、 完成上级安排的其他临时性质的工作；
6、具备2年以上汽车行业车间工作经验。
