工作内容
负责拓展和实现TSI公司中国区“走进市场”的战略(包括建立政府与企业、客户关系管理/客户价值链管理、产品定位、价格水平、促销和渠道),重点放在维护和扩展TSI公司的核心业务,并与销售部、亚太区市场部、营销与传播部、及产品管理部密切合作,建立企业与政府及权威机构的关系,建立客户价值,对价格、产品、渠道及措施计划进行策划和执行, 以提高客户满意度、市场占有率及利润率。
工作职责
1. 满足中国区订单,发货,毛利率和营业收入的目标
2. 策划、落实和维护所负责的产品线的市场战略(包括产品定位、价格、促销及渠道),重点维护及扩大TSI现有核心业务;
3. 策划和落实政企关系的战略;
4. 策划和落实客户关系管理/客户价值管理战略,以建立客户价值链;
5. 开发中国区的渠道营销战略,通过提升渠道伙伴的网络来增加知名度并创造市场需求;
6. 与销售部、亚太区市场部、营销与传播部、及产品管理部密切合作,领导开拓包括价格、产品、渠道及计划措施在内的年度”走进市场“计划。 领导年度市场营销计划的传播及执行。具体包括但不限于价格变更,产品发布, 销售力度/渠道/最终客户培训,广告,活动/展会及产品推广等活动。
7. 与营销与传播团队合作,以多种方式支持帮助销售挖掘客户达成预期。
8. 与产品管理团队和销售团队合作,定义客户需求,将需求转化为要求,并确定新产品的主要特点。
9. 监视及捕捉主要市场的趋势、竞争走势、以及TSI产品的市场地位及形象的变化,与市场建立联系。
10.管理销售样品及销售及渠道所需的销售工具,以使销售进程更有效。
11.定义及建立将产品推向市场的营销活动的流程和考核指标,确保效益及投资回报率。
管理职责
1.指导市场营销传播专员的工作;
2.面试应聘者,推荐下属的新员工;
3.为下属的员工进行绩效评估、反馈,并提供薪酬、晋升、培训、纪律及合同终止等方面的建议。

JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for the development and execution of the go-to-market strategy (relationship between government and enterprise, CRM and CVM, product position, price, promotion, and channel) for TSI in China with strong focus on defending and extending TSI’s core business. Work closely with Sales, AP Marketing, Marketing Communications, and Product Management in the definition and execution of building relationship with government and authority, building up customer value, price, product, channel, and program initiatives designed to increase customer satisfaction, market share and profitability.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Meet China bookings, billing, gross margin and operating income targets.
2. Define, implement and maintain the overall market strategy for assigned product lines (product position, price, promotion, and channel) with strong focus on defending and extending existing TSI’s core business.
3. Define and implement the strategy of relationship between government and enterprise
4. Define and implement the CRM and CVM strategy to build up customer value chain.
5. Develop the channel marketing strategy for China by in leveraging the channel partner network to increase awareness and demand generation.
6. While working closely with Sales, AP Marketing, Marketing Communications, and Product Management, lead the development of the annual go-to-market plan including price, product, channel, and program initiatives. Lead the communication and execution of the annual marketing plan. Specifics may include but not be limited to price changes, product launches, sales force/channel/end user training, advertising, events/exhibitions, and product promotions.
7. Work with Marketing Communications team to develop multi-media collateral to support lead generation and advance prospects to sales.
8. Work closely with Product Management and Sales in defining customer needs, translating needs to requirements, and identifying key features for new products.
9. Monitor, capture, and communicate key market trends, competitive moves, and changes in TSI’s position or image (e.g. quality, market share) in the market.
10. Manage sales inventory and other tools required for Sales and Channel to effectively manage the sales process.
11. Define and establish process and metrics for downstream marketing activities to ensure effectiveness and ROI.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Supervise activities of Marketing Communications Specialists.
2. Interview applicants and makes recommendations for new staff.
3. Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback and make recommendations regarding compensation, promotion, training, discipline and termination.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. Education:
Required: Bachelor’s degree in Science and Technology
Desired: MBA
2. Experience:
10+ years working experience in environmental protection industrial or public health industrial, 5+ years of marketing experience, 3+ years of experience in handling relationship between government and enterprise.
Business to Business marketing experience.
Experience with direct supervision of staff.
Technical education or experience in working with highly technical products.
3. Travel:
Willing and able to travel 35% of the time.
