1) 教育背景
环境科学或工程相关专业硕士学历
或 生物工程专业硕士研究生(研究方向:纳米材料或纳米安全及其在环境与能源方面的应用)
或 物理化学专业硕士研究生(研究方向:纳米材料及其在环境与能源方面的应用)
2)工作经验
有以下任一领域工作经验:
扫描电迁移率粒径谱仪(SMPS)或气溶胶空气动力学粒径谱仪(APS)的使用、维修或销售经验;
纳米材料技术与气溶胶相关的仪器使用、维修或销售经验;
纳米生物效应与安全性研究或相关的仪器使用、维修或销售经验;
符合以上任一条件的本科毕业者须具备两年以上同领域销售或技术工作经验;
3)基本要求
评估顾客期望,根据要求解决障碍、技术需要,为客户提供有效的解决方案;
较强的人际关系和表达能力
能自觉、独立地工作并完成任务
较强的团队合作能力
良好的英语写作、口语及阅读能力
2.工作内容
负责TSI公司在中国大陆西部地区粒子仪器的销售及技术支持。与销售主管密切配合,实现销售及客户满意度与TSI公司的业务目标保持一致。
要求应聘者必须能够胜任技术产品的销售工作,并自觉、自律的进行销售工作。在获取和留住客户方面有所创新,能与客户建立融洽的关系,熟练使用时间管理及客户关系管理工具。该工作的出差概率为40%-60%。
3.工作职责
1) 负责区域粒子仪器的销售与技术支持工作;
2) 根据TSI公司的销售策略及销售计划完成销售目标。根据要求完成分配的其他销售任务及项目。
3) 定期监督销售计划的完成情况,包括:预测、行动、竞争对手的行动、价格、客户反馈,确保客户满意度及销售计划的完好执行;
4) 制定和执行创新的销售和营销活动获取和留住客户。
5)回访客户,对客户进行应用程序的磋商、产品展示、演示、安装和培训,以提高TSI产品的客户满意度。
6) 掌握深度的产品知识,了解竞争产品的不足,为客户提供专业的建议,以提高TSI产品的客户满意度。
7) 提供市场信息反馈到销售和市场营销部。
8) 按要求更新CRM系统中的帐户信息及客史资料。
9) 有良好的工作纪律和时间管理技巧,熟练保存客户记录。
JOB SUMMARY
The Regional Sales Manager for Particle instruments is responsible for the sales and applications support of TSI Particle Instruments. The territory is Western China. With close coordination with Supervisor, the RSM plans and implements sales and technical support strategies to achieve sales and customer satisfaction that is consistent with TSI’s business goals.
The successful candidate must be a disciplined self-starter who is capable of selling technical products, innovative in acquiring and retaining customers, able to build rapport with customers, disciplined in time management and the use of customer relationship management tools. He should be proficient with the concepts of physics and engineering. The job requires traveling throughout Western China 40% to 60% of the time.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Responsible for sales and application support of particle instruments in the region
2. Implement TSI’s sales plan and strategic sales process to achieve sales targets. Complete other assignments and special projects as requested.
3. Review regularly with Supervisor the sales plan: forecasts, activities, competitors’ activities, pricing, customer feedback, to ensure customer satisfaction and good execution of the sales plan.
4. Develop and execute innovative sales and marketing campaigns to acquire and retain customers.
5. Visit customers for applications consultations, product demonstrations, presentations, installations and training to promote TSI products and continuously improve customer satisfaction.
6. Be current with in-depth product knowledge and competitors weaknesses and use them professionally to explain TSI’s superiority in providing customer satisfaction.
7. Provide market feedback to various stakeholder and highlight competitive concerns to the team.
8. Meet requirements of updating account & contact information, opportunities and activities in CRM system.
9. Have a good work discipline and time management skill and proficient in customer record keeping.
10. The job requires traveling throughout China.

Required
Master of Environmental Science or Environmental Engineering with a focus on Ambient Air
Or Master of Biological Engineering with focus on nano materials or nano safety
Or Master of Physics Chemistry with focus on nano materials
2. Experience
Candidate must have 2 or more years experience in skilled application of particle Instruments, like knowledge of SMPS and APS techniques in universities, research organizations and government laboratories. A minimum of two years of work experience in technical sales field is needed.
3. Core Competencies:
Ability to assess customer’s desired results, obstacles, technical needs/application requirements, then formulates solutions and present them effectively and persuasively.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to influence people and win.
Have a good work discipline and time management skill and proficient in customer record keeping.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision and complete project from end to end
Strong desire for self improvement and team improvement.
Strong team player.
