Responsibilities
This role is critical to the Recruitment Teams creating a seamless applicant experience. This role supports the overall recruiting operation as needed. Key responsibilities include assisting Recruiters in setting up interviews, coordinating candidate calendars/activities with client team calendars; Coordinate interview schedules through various means: phone, videoconference and in person interviews; Execute the on boarding processes for new hire candidates such as background check document collection, facilitation of the new hire sign in appointment and collection /validation of required documentation. Perform basic administrative duties including but not limited to: answering phones, scheduling meetings, coordinating recruitment collateral needs and shipment of supplies for offsite activities, generating letters/reporting/forms.
Requirements
·1 year past assistant experience
·Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, including compelling oral and written communication in clear, concise
·Effective follow-up and organization skills to ensure paperwork is accurate, thorough and complete
·Strong time management skills
·Ability to multi-task in a rapidly changing work environment -- ability to balance and prioritize multiple projects
·Ability to work as a Team player
·English skills preferred
