Responsibilities:职责

1.Provide technical support to paper sales team, SNF subsidiaries and distributors with both expertise and experience;
为造纸销售团队、爱森下属公司和分销商在专业知识和经验方面提供技术支持；
2.Propose technical solution to customer trough bench scale test and industrial scale test;

通过小试和和工业型试验向客户提供技术方案；
3.Problem analysis and trouble shooting in the course of product using;
在产品使用过程中提供问题分析和疑难解答；
4.Customer complaint investigation in technical aspect;
在技术方面对客户的投诉进行调查；
5.ather technical intelligence from competitors through sample analysis, performance comparison test, literature research or seminar attending if necessary;
通过样品分析收集竞争对手的技术信息，做比较测试，如有必要，参加文献研究或讨论会；
6.Paper application laboratory management;
造纸应用实验室管理；
7.Coordinate with R&D department for new product launching;
和研发部门配合，推出新产品。

Requirements:要求

1) At least 3 years in the field of paper making chemicals;(preferably wet end chemical additives)
至少3年造纸化工领域相关工作经验（最好是湿部化学添加剂）；
2) Bachelor degree or above on paper making or related mayor;
本科或以上学历，造纸或相关专业；
3) Good level of verbal and written English, French is not compulsive, but could be a big advantage;

良好的英语听说读写能力，法语不是必须的，但会法语者优先考虑；
4) Strong analytical and communication skills;
极好的分析和沟通能力；
5) Be self-motivated, rigorous, creative, and responsible.
积极主动、严格、有创造性和责任心。
