职位描述
Responsibilities and authorities:
1. Responsible to produce and document high quality software products from inception to delivery
2. Perform analysis, design, verification, demonstration and maintenance of these products in a process driven, team environment.
3. Responsible for multi functional areas, applications or sub-systems.
4. Actively involved in the establishment and development of software design environment
5. Perform test configuration management (TCM) as required
6. Supports sales, services, product deployment and product management with complicated technical issues.
7. Produces and/or reviews product architecture documents and high level design documentation.
Requirements for the position
1. Bachelor or Master degree in computer science, information technology or related area
2. Excellent knowledge in JAVA/J2EE
3. Excellent knowledge in telecom and internet protocols, including TCP/IP ,HTTP, LDAP, ICAP, SNMP, RTSP, SSL/TLS, WAP, SMS, MMS
4. Excellent knowledge in OOA/D, and competent in UML and design patterns;
5. Excellent knowledge in software design process and tools, Rose or RSA is preferred.
6. Excellent knowledge in UNIX and relational database systems
7. Knowledge in Spring, Hibernate, Struts and Java application Server, Bea Weblogic Server is preferred.
8. Familiar with Agile/Scrum development process
9. A good team player with strong willingness to support team members
10. Fluent in written and oral English communication
