MISSION

Summarise the purpose of this position to assess its expected contribution to the results of the company

To realize equipment for Busway production & control

- Make feasibility study based on requirements from design, quality and process

- Make equipment concept design

- Provide the estimated equipment cost

- Prepare the equipment specification & qualification plan

- Make suppler mapping and choice decision

- Review the automation design & follow up the trouble shooting of equipment.

- Finish the qualification and handover the equipment to plant

- Support the maintenance and continuous improvement

PROFILE REQUIRED

1. Required skills & knowledge for the position:

Background in Electromechanical, Automation

Design of electrical/automation system, including low voltage power distribution and protection, sensors, safety components

Motion control (servo/step motor)

PLC/HMI/SCADA application and programming

Industrial network and communication (RS232, MODBUS, TCP/IP, CanOpen and so on)

Knowledge of mechanical structure and components (like Pneumatic/Hydraulic control)

Knowledge of lean manufacturing and 6sigma

Good application experience with Schneider automation products is a plus

2. Required Educational Background & Professional Experience

University degree in Electrical/Automation Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering

Min. 5 years automation experience (design, fabrication or maintenance) with 3 years automation design-related experience in non-standard industrial equipment

3. Languages:

Fluent in Chinese & English. (French is an added advantage)

4. Other Requirements:

Travel (Domestic or International) is a must. Travel frequency related to project needs.
