职位描述
Position Title: HR Officer
Department/BU: HR/China
Location: Shekou, Shenzhen
Summary/Overview:
Responsible for providing Human Resources administrative support at a professional level. Will have responsibilities in various aspects of the Human Resource function including recruitment, compensation and benefits administration, training and development administration and payroll administration.
Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
· Supports Human Resources /Line Manager during recruitment process, including:
- interview coordination and reference checking
- applicant tracking and communication with candidates, employment agencies
- Creation of job descriptions, offer letters and contracts of employment
- Coordinates new hire on boarding, new hire announcements
· Updates the HR manpower database and necessary organisation charts
· Acts as liaison with employment agencies and external vendors
Payroll, Compensation and Benefits
· Acts as back up to the payroll process on a monthly basis and assume lead role to process payroll as needed
· Provides input to payroll, compensation and benefits policies and processes and provides HR and administrative support to these processes.
Employee Training:
· Schedules training courses and HR events as needed
· Maintains evaluation; attendance register and training materials
· Reporting on training activity, attendance etc.
Administration
· Tracks employee and consultant leave time; ensuring management is update on leave taken on a quarterly basis.
· Maintain employee and consultant personnel files.
· Maintains HR shared drive
· Assists in coordination of company team building, and events
· Assists with HR reports as needed.
· Assists in research on HR issues/questions as needed.
· Coordinates HR processes, including on boarding and termination procedures.
· Assists in HR policy and process development
· Contribute to special projects as assigned.
Education, Qualifications & Experiences:
· 5 years HR administrative experience, including payroll processing
· Strong PC skills including proficiency in MS Office
Required Competencies/Skills:
· Strong knowledge of state and national regulations
· Strong work ethic and team player
· Ability to deal sensitively with confidential material
· Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to communicate with various leaves of management
· Ability for problem-solving;
· Analytical Skills
· Organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
· Attention to detail
· Knowledge of oil and gas industry preferred
· Experience in international company
