职位描述

Responsibilities
1. Projection and ordering on normal, short lead time and promotion items (overseas and local).
2. Monitoring on slow moving, dead stock and excess inventory.
3. Promotion allocation and scheduling and follow up the leftover.
4. Sample handling, coordinating and billing (for consume test, QA and any potential new suppliers).
5. Align with customers, vendors and suppliers for an efficient product supply pattern, both within cost restraints and consistent with vendors’ lead time
6. Respond to special request from customers, changes or unexpected disturbance in product supply or contingent situations such as delay of vessels, unexpected fluctuation in sales, strikes or stock recovery
7. Maintain appropriate inventory level to meet customer’s sales and achieve key performance index (KPI) such as target inventory days
8. Take part in regular physical inventory count together with the Customer Services, Center and Finance and Accounting Teams to ensure stock accuracy
9. Arrange clearance of leftover premiums, food and paper products after sales promotions
10. Liaise with vendors and shipping lines and ensure the import and export documents and requirements are processed and met in compliance with HKSAR’s rules and regulations
11. Monitor the performance of vendors and suppliers
12. Be responsible for product cost and selling price computation and maintain accurate Price Variance account for client

Accountabilities
1. Ensure appropriate supplies and stock levels, minimal yet adequate, and right product quality are maintained to meet customer needs
2. Ensure a decent inventory planning cycle from sending orders to the suppliers to products being received and stored in the warehouse and an cost efficient product supply pattern are in place

Qualifications
1. 4 years relevant purchasing and inventory control experience. Exposure to the fast food chain industry or a supplies system with a large number of small volume store keeping units preferred.
2. Bachelor degree in Purchasing and Supply, Inventory Control, Shipping Studies or related disciplines.
3. High compliance – Logical, strong numerical sense, work accurately with close attention to detail
4. Committed, pleasant, team-spirited and enthusiastic at work
5. Good command of spoken and written English
6. MS office applications and Chinese Window
7. Good interpersonal, communication, presentation, customer-oriented and supervisory skills. Strong numerical sense is needed.
