Key Responsibilities:
1.Work directly with focus account and cooperate closely with divisional sales team to achieve focus accounts’ quarterly and yearly sales targets. Drive AR collection goal of assigned key accounts.
2.Responsible for effectively carrying out sales plan across all different product lines , refine business processes to better match customer purchasing behavior, systematically identify new sales opportunity and develop relationship within the account at all levels.
3.Leveraging customer-focused mindset, understand and meet customers’ requirements, effectively resolve customers’ problems and issues. Drive and coordinate commercial, technical, service teams as needed to regularly visit key customers to establish, maintain and continuously improve customer satisfaction.
4.Develop and support major tenders and bids at the designated key accounts. Effectively log and track major opportunities within Salesforce.com (SFDC)
5.Developing effectively key account plans and implementation tactics, report out and share relevant metrics regularly.
6.Work with marketing to drive account specific promotional activities- successfully coordinate and organize activities such as seminars, workshops with marketing and divisional involvement.
7.Co-work with channel sales and local distributor to manage business activity key accounts effectively and productivity
8.Collect local market information, build up customer contact database, and develop specific sales and marketing strategies of assigned key accounts.
9. Works with teamwork spirit in terms of exemplifying company 4I Values in day-to-day work.
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
1.Bachelor and above degree in biological science, Chemistry, Analytical Field, prior field experience in sales and/or marketing preferred
2.Familiarity with the local industrial market, and a minimum 3 years of career progression in sales in the relevant to industrial market
3.Good communication, collaboration and teamwork skills with customers
4.Basic knowledge of relevant to Scientific Instruments.
5.Must be self-directed and self-motivated with a high bias for action
6.Ability to work under pressure, positive attitude, multi-task, prioritize and goal-focused.
7.Strong written and oral communication for both English and Chinese
8.Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Office and SAP
9.Willingness to travel as needed
Non-Negotiable Hiring Criteria:
1.Bachelor and above degree specialized in Chemistry, Geosciences and Petroleum fields
2.Familiarity with the local Industrial market, and a minimum 3 years of career progression in sales in the Industrial market
