Position: Accountant /
Junior Accountant (Outsourcing- Guangzhou)
Job
Description in details:
1.Provide bookkeeping services for clients
and for internal company need;
2.Perform cashier work and be responsible for
handling payment matters for our clients;
3.Independently prepare all
required documents such as T/T, cheques and foreign currency conversion
form;
4.Maintain cash book and cheque register as per company’s internal
procedure for assigned clients;
5.Assist in auditing;
6.Assist in office
management including receive phone calls, greet guests and organize meetings for
Office Manager;
7.Maintain good working environment for GZ
office.
Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree in
accounting
2.Strong communication skills and excellent teamwork
3.Must be
mature and demonstrate initiative
4.Attention to details and can follow
instructions carefully
5.Above 2 years accounting experience in WFOE will be
an advantage
6.Auditing experience preferred
7.Able to work in fast pace
environment and to sustain pressure
8.Strong PC skills include: Windows, MS
Office
9.Good command of spoken and written English
