职位描述

JOB SUMMARY

The job oversees, leads the development and growth of the personalization Service Center (i.e., project management, personalization process, material control and production systems).

Performs complex management activities and provides direction in strategic operation and planning, coordinates with other departments (shared services) in the Manufacturing Organization. .
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Facilitate overall operations management of the Perso Service Center while ensuring all bureau processes are in line with Credit Card Associations' logical and physical requirements.
  • Install/improve bureau process - problem management, change management, business recovery, capacity planning, availability management, network management, and ultimately service level management
  • Prepare annual budget - operational expenses and capital expenditures
  • Supports pre-sales on banking outsourcing deals
  • Review and sign-off banking outsourcing contracts recognizing the impact to the Perso Service Center P&L
  • Liaise internally - Regional and Global Support contacts on issues
  • Manage vendor relationships; review maintenance contracts annually with the aim of reducing unit cost

QUALIFICATION/ELIGIBILITY
EDUCATION
Graduate with a Business, Engineering or Information Technology degree; related courses can be considered, provided with relevant working experience. Master's Degree an advantage.
WORK EXPERIENCE
  • With strong operations management background in either a production facility engaged in smart cards or secure printing or a medium to large size IT Data Centre.
  • Knowledge of techniques and concepts to improve service quality.
  • Some experience in card personalization with relative experience in Visa and/or MasterCard and/or CUP card operations.
  • Familiarity with the smart card industry is an advantage, specifically on the cards personalization process - data receipt, vault and stores, personalization, fulfillment and dispatch.
  • Knowledge of physical and logical security
