Responsibilities:
1. The Regional sales Manager is responsible for the South sales team development of the assigned ABB products for the RA customers in China activities, make strategy and related sales plans
2. He/She is responsible for the sales development and to promotions to grow sales.
3. To identify the needs of the customer in terms of RA products and customer services.
4. To prepare and negotiate successfully quotations and price proposals with sales team
5. To ensure that the appropriate actions are implemented within the relevant industrial branches in order to achieve full customer satisfaction.
6. To maximize the sales and gross margins.
7. To identify all the opportunities for sales growth in terms of product, service, market share gain, promotion, new business, international development...and to manage the relevant projects which are launched to address these opportunities.
8. To work closely with the relevant organization(s) within ABB.

主要岗位职责：
- 贯彻、执行公司销售政策及流程，根据销售任务制定区域销售计划及策略；
- 拓展开发所在区域新的销售行业及客户；
- 带领销售团队完成公司下达的业绩指标；
- 监督检查销售团队销售计划的执行情况，针对问题提出有效的指导建议和改善措施；
- 协调与各职能部门关系，营造稳定、高效的营销团队和良好的工作氛围；

Requirements:
? Education: Bachelor degree or equivalent in Bu siness Administration,
? Sales or Engineering.- Experience: At least 8 years in sales in Account Manager position or equivalent.
? Languages: Chinese; English and other will be a plus.
? Computer Skills: Microsoft Office Package.
? Frequent travels.
