Research and Development Manager 研发部经理
Working Location: Zhuhai 工作地点：珠海
Essential Functions: 基本职能
1. Manage & instill an atmosphere of continuous improvement and competence in the R&D department(software engineers & QA engineers) 负责研发部人员管理及持续优化管理及扩展，研发部主要人员为软件开发工程师和QA工程师。
2. Responsible for department planning: resource deployment, development roadmap, associate assessments, development and training etc., interface to other plant departments and services such as IT Sales Manager, Pre Sales etc.负责部门各项计划：资源部署、发展规划、合作评估、相关培训等等，与其他部门（例如IT销售经理、售前销售等）协同工作。
3. Experience in handling engineering team of 50+ people to execute new projects & platform hanges 有管理超过50人的研发团队经验，令团队可执行新的项目和更换平台等计划。
4. Providing leadership in achieving cost & quality targets & time line 需实现成本控制、质量目标、按时完成等要求。
5. Ownership on concept to development & execution of new designs at right cost, quality & time 积极主动处理新产品设计的开发和实现，且控制其成本、质量和按时。
6. Product/platform evaluation,and identify technical abnormalities, ensure that problems are identified and eliminated as early as possible in development programs, Summarize and provide direction 评估产品、平台或潜在技术问题，以便在研发程序的过程中，尽早发现并解决问题；善于总结经验教训，提供各种指导。

Professional Skills and Experience: 专业和经验要求
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science,Software Engineering or IT related discipline计算机、软件工程或IT相关专业的本科或以上学历
2. Good knowledge at least on Android, JAVA, iOS, QA testing 深入掌握Android、JAVA、iOS、QA测试。
3. 12+ years working experience (min), with proven records of min. 5-7 yrs on software development & min. 5 years experience in leadership role in security & IT industry is required 最少12年以上工作经验，其中需有5-7年是软件开发经验，且在安全和IT行业至少有5年的领导者经验。
4. Good ability of reading and writing in English. Fluent English speaking is must 英语听说读写流利。
5. Good team work and demonstrate the capabilities to coordinate the work in different organization and culture 良好的团队合作经验，可在不同的部门和文化背景下，协调配合各种工作。
6. Self-motivated, flexible, hard worker, a team player 积极主动、灵活变通、工作勤奋、团队精神突出。
7. Must be highly motivated and a self-starter, and ability to work effectively in a team environment 在团队环境下，积极主动展开各项工作，并保持较高工作效率。
