Job Responsibilities:

1. Lead and Manage a team of Marcom Specialists, collaborate closely with Technical Marketing Managers to Plan, Do, Check & Adjust Marketing Programs & Campaigns to hit Marketing, NPI KPIs and Bowlers

2. Develop Marcom Program / Tactical / Activities Plans based on given Objectives, Strategies and Budgets, particularly for NPI and targeted segments/applications

3. Execute Marcom Programs & Activities timely, and within Budget, delivering outcomes that exceed planned results

4. Check and do all Marcom Operational Analysis, pin-pointing what’s work and what’s not, concluding any best practice, lesson learnt, and thus adjusting practices, approaches that will delivering better results

5. Interface & Collaborate with Worldwide Marcom Team, bringing Best Practices and Leveraging Marcom Deliverables from Worldwide, Product Lines, and other regions

6. Lead Ad-Hoc Marketing Automation and Digital Marketing Projects, developing project plan, pulling, motivating and coaching people to complete actions, timely and tracking results against plan

7. Build up Marcom Execution and Vendors Management Standard Work, improving Marcom Productivity and Effectiveness

Skills & Competencies

1. 3+ years People & Performance Management, able to teach, direct, coach, lead and motivate Marcom Specialists, bringing team’s performance and capabilities to a higher level

2. 8+ years B2B Marcom Experiences, preferably gained in Industrial, Semiconductors / IC-Chipsets, Automation, Instrumentation or other High-Tech markets

3. Hands-on experiences with PPC/SEO Campaigns and Agencies, preferably well knowledgeable in Google Analytics, able to evaluate Analytics to fine tune our investment to achieve better ROI; Hands-on experiences with Marketing Automation

4. Personally, highly self-initiative with can-do attitude, willing to take an extra mile others don’t, able to cope with dynamic changes, ambiguity, a good people leader able to bring people around tasks, focus with the Ends in mind, and always trying to do better, fixing the loosened ends proactively
