Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. plan, create, arrange and operate tour and travel programs;
2. responsible for organizing and preparing tour itineraries to make sure meeting visitors requirements;
3. provide and organize vacation and holidays packages by coordinating and negotiating with airlines, hotels, ground transportation services, tour guides and sightseeing providers, restaurants and other similar businesses, as per contact and agreed customer service levels;
4. develop and maintain smooth working relationship with customers and business partners both in China and domestic;
5. provide advice on sightseeing and shopping activities, report any problems to related supervisor/manager, and solve problems with accommodations, itineraries or service, etc;
6. performing related administrative tasks such as processing paperwork and maintaining files and working comfortably both independently and within a team;
7. assist the Department Manager in achieving his/her objectives;
8. Input and update of bookings records;
9. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements
1. minimum of 1 year of operation experience;
2. high school education minimum;
3. good command of English, Chinese, Korean or Russian;
4. good command of computer skills (ms. Office) and internet applications;
5. good writing and communication skills;
6. focus on details and thoroughness;
7. able to work with a team & under pressure.
