Responsibilities:

· Participate in the business development of fund investing in Hong Kong equities and Manage client asset allocation

· Develop and manage overseas (non-HK) fund and bond portfolios

· Provide investment strategy on equity structured product consistently on a risk-adjusted basis

· Oversee the trading functions of the Company and take necessary actions to ensure all business activities comply with SFC rules and regulations as well as the Company's policies and guidelines

· Provide training to staff on compliance related matters

· Assist in preparation of annual investment plans and budgets

Requirements:

University degree and/or professional qualifications in Finance / Economics / Law / Accounting

At least 3-5 years' working experience in HK Equity

Competent knowledge in equity as well as global market environment including Chinese equity market

Good knowledge on equity related investment methodology using warrants, futures, option, structure product, etc

Sound knowledge of SFO, regulations and guidelines

Strong analytical, leadership, interpersonal and presentation skills to interact effectively with all levels of staff and external parties

Proficient in spoken and written English & Chinese, Mandarin is a must
