Essential Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities:
Own the overall project sales Operation Plan in relevant market area . Lead the sales team to promote GE process solution and project capability to the end users, system integrator and engineering construction company and consulting firm in Taiwan/Hong Kong/Macau area. Differentiate GE process and solution from competitor’s by intensive marketing approaches and promotions.
Identify and develop opportunity pipelines to drive profitable volume growth in all area.
Work with customers to understand their (Critical to Quality characteristics) CTQ's and develop appropriate solutions
Cultivate long-term relationships at all levels of a customer, which includes applicable end users, system integrator and engineering construction company and consulting firm.
Establishing and maintaining good cooperation relationships with various customers to shape opportunities ahead of the competition. Organize and coordinate internal resources to meet customer demands. Evaluate each opportunity, prioritize and determine the technical, commercial approach. Technically conduct the negotiations and close the deal.
As the coaching player, this person should also be responsible for developing and implement actionable strategies leading the sales team on strategy setting and execution, people development, daily sales team and activities management, operation plan setting up and scrutiny, as well as linking and communication with internal functional team and global CoE, PM and PA team.
Qualifications/Requirements
• 7+ year sales experience in water industry
• Passion and determination and enthusiasm on sales job, resilience on difficulty market situation and skills to find solutions in these situations.
• Strong business development, marketing and customer relationship skills, strong influencing skills on persuading customer to accept GE value engineering.
• Experience with end users, system integrator and engineering construction company and consulting firm.
• Ability to attract attention and fully making use of all our competence in all public exposing chance.
• Excellent English communication/sales skills – both verbal and written
• Good knowledge on water products.
• Strong engineering background – both mechanical and electrical.
• Strong leadership manner of which meet GE 5 growth traits
• Strong skills can capability on setting up vision, inspiration team and managing skills.
