职位描述


  1. As the contact point and sales of Provincial CT/CU
  2. Responsible for EVDO&WCDMA product bundle business result in province
  3. Provincial CT/CU account management, PSI management,coverage management etc.
  4. Account and business management
    • Build,maintain and develop good relationship with execution level of Provincial CT/CU and Tianyi, and CT/CU in key city as well
    • Assist DOSM to build,maintain and develop good relationship with decision-making level of Provincial CT/CU and TianYi, and be in key city as well.
    • Manage the good co-operation with OPD/OFD at provincial level
    • Secure and obtain business from OPD/OFD
    • In-time enroll HTC EVDO & WCDMA products in Provincial CT/CU and all city CT/CU
    • Bid for CT/CU purchasement
  5. PSI management
    • Responsible for CT/CU bundle business result of responsible province; Meet & exceed the sales volume & bundle share target;
    • Push sell through to local partners/ Provincial CT/CU/TianYi and CT/CU city level;
    • Work with internal team to increase EVDO & WCDMA sell through in responsible province
    • Monitor sell out progress to well plan PSI
  6. Coverage Management
    • Monitor and ensure on-time goods delivery to local partners/TianYi
    • Monitor and ensure real phone coverage in operator outlets and retailer chain stores
    • Coordinate with provincial team for retail execution.
  7. Opportunity management
    • Indepth understand Provincial CT/CUs bundle market, well plan account strategy to seek business opportunity;
    • Implement account strategy for responsible province;
    • Strive for attractive subsidy from provincial/city CT/CU and carry out the promotion of HTC EVDO&WCDMA products with ocal partners and TianYi.
    • Strive for CT/CU channel commision for open channel partner to support HTC EVDO&WCDMA products sales
  8. Promotion
    • Closely coop with provincial CTCU/Tianyi for improvement of HTC’s appealing brand, products, features, holistic and value proposition etc., and be with CT/CU in key city.
    • Lead provincial OSMs to work with Provincial CT/CU & internal marketing team for prime market promotion plan
  9. Information sharing
    • Share imformation with internal CT/CU operator team in term of CT/CU strategy/policy movement/competition status/case study etc.,to help improve whole CT/CU operator team's sales skill
  10. Data submission
    • Ensure local partners/TianYi to report accurate sales data in time,including forecast data
      regular business report
  11. Customer Service
    • Coordinate with internal CS team to solve service issues and meet customers’ requirement
