Job Description:
1. Communicate closely with your assigned customers;
能够熟练的用英文和外籍员工沟通和书写往来;
2. Negotiate assertively with landlords and developers, on behalf of our customers;
最好有房地产工作经验，对合同条款等比较敏感，如果你够耐心，够爱学，也欢迎应届毕业生挑战这份工作;
3. Complete all of the administration required (both external and internal) for professional completion of each case.
需能独立处理办公室里的一些文职工作
4. Follow up on invoice and services provided on a regular basis
能够及时跟进每一份工作，追踪账单等，并且需要遵守公司的规章制度.


Requirements:
1. 1+ year working experience is required;
一年以上的工作经验;
2. Experience in real estate industry or a comprehensive customer service background is preferred;
如果有客户服务或房地产经验最好;
3. You will need to be able to multitask, with good problem solving skills, and have an understanding of conflict management;
需要有独立解决问题的能力；
4. You must be enthusiastic about customer service, and truly love to delight your customers;
对工作充满激情，并且愿意去帮助你负责的客户;
5. You will be someone who enjoys meeting new people, and has empathy for families that are going through the relocation process.
喜欢每天面对不同的客户（外国人和中国人），并且帮助他们在大连顺利的安顿下来;
6. Fluent spoken and written English, can work under a completely English environment;
英语读写流利，并且能在英文环境下工作。
7 Good knowledge of office software;

8. Fast learner and can work under pressure.
