This role is responsible for IBM Hong Kong STG (Hardware brand) marketing management support. The role facilitates the business unit management review process and system by providing operational support to business leader including: producing pipeline performance analysis, sales productivity & accountability analysis, channel (business partner or distributor) management extra. Basic knowledge of hardware and marketing & operation background are required to
Manage pipeline (sales opportunity) for Hong Kong STG marketing campaign (IBM led and channel led campaign)
Develop pipeline report and analysis for management review
Facilitate and manage external suppliers for marketing to channel and marketing with channel programs
Maintain STG communication channel
Skill
Understanding of hardware business (Unix, Linux, x86, mainframe etc)
Understanding of channel (business partner, distributor)
IT Industry knowledge
Understanding of sales stage in CRM tool (identified, validated, qualified, conditional agreed, won etc)
Strong computer skills, with working proficiency in MS Office, Internet
Writing and Communication skills in English
Equally effective working independently or collaboratively
Ability to take on new challenges
Ability to learn and efficiently use tools and processes
Required
Bachelor's Degree
At least 3 years experience in Sales operations or marketing (planning & market segmentation) background
English: Fluent
