Responsibilities:
· Create, develop and manage website / web solution for IBM's web presence
· Work on web projects across departments and geographies
· Keep current with emerging web technologies
· Work cooperatively with team members, clients and vendors

Skills & Required
· Bachelor's degree or above, 3+ years of software development experience.
· Language skills:
- English language skills(both spoken and written) are required to effectively communicate with globally distributed team members.
· Technical Skills:
- Solid experience on J2EE and related topics including design pattern is mandatory
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ideally experience with Dojo, jQuery or other Ajax libs) skills required.
- Strong full-lifecycle development skills from requirements to solution delivery is desired.
- Nice to have (is a plus): Webphere, DB2
