职位描述
Responsibilities：
Assets Management
? Work with the project management team and lead the process to determine when assets will be ready for capitalization
? Develop estimated assets capitalization schedule and estimate depreciation amount to support depreciation rolling forecast
? Review CWIP balance with engineering department to determine closure of project, identify idle assets or assets disposition
? Monitoring fixed assets status and propose to dispose, classify to idle etc
Planning and Budgeting
? Collect data and work with project team to prepare asset depreciation estimate and control project budget for plant projects, assist budget control of separately administrated projects
? Assist to identify Capital Vs. Expense spending
Financial Reporting
? Maintain and update fixed asset records and provide related monthly analysis
? Close fixed assets books at month-end
? Ensure timely physical tagging of fixed assets.
? Process month end of fixed asset related activities and report GAAP difference accounting treatment. Prepare and report Capex report monthly
? Review and document fixed assets related accounting procedures and activities to ensure accounting treatment compliance with accounting policies
Internal control and audit
? Assist internal audit of fixed assets when required by company policy. Assist to review and update SOX documentations in order to ensure the documents represent the company's existing situation
? Take appropriate actions to follow up on Audit/SOX findings related to fixed assets in order to ensure compliance with SOX regulations and other corporate policies
? Assist external audit of fixed assets as required
Requirement
? Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance related
? 1+ years of accounting and finance working experience along with experience of manufactory
? Good English in written and verbal
? Good computer skill
? Exposure to fixed asset management or related finance knowledge
? Good communication skill and self-motivated
? Good team player
