职位描述
岗位职责Responsibilities:
1. Market mapping identify trade areas & suitable locations.
2. Analysis of existing stores.
3. Landlord negotiation for new sites, renewals, closures.
4. Landlord relationship management.
5. Administration, site pack preparation.
6. Support to Franchisees for site evaluations.
7. Building processes & systems.
8. Developing & managing Development team.
9. Develop overall development strategy.
任职要求Requirements:
1. College graduate or higher.
2. 3-5 years related Development experience with multiunit retail brand, especially in Shanghai.
3. Strong customer service mentality.
4. CET 4 minimum Able to communicate well in English.
5. Self motivated，good grasp of financial numbers for retail operations.
6. Analytical，strong organization and administration skills.
