职位描述

Job Title – Account Specialist
Department: Sales&Marketing
Work Location - Xiangfan, China

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Provide quotations, technical information, sales presentation, product introductions, etc. to accounts assigned by direct supervisor.
? Lead the virtual cross function team to support assigned accounts.
? Develops new customers or growth of new business opportunities jointly with accounts and supports cost initiatives.
? Conduct business case analysis and present to pricing council as needed.
? Champion design change requests via customer Product Change Requests, and engineering work orders as needed.
? Timely provide demand forecast and market information by individual account or market segment.
? Implement account strategies, including:
? Understanding of customer's business goals, needs, expectations.
? Be the voice of the customer within Emission Solutions and champion customer activities.
? Utilize Emission Solution's value package to bring a comparative advantage to the customer.
? Timely update profile of account assigned.
? Provide market and customer development information to trigger new program pre-evaluation or pre-charter.
? Provide voice of customer input to VPI/VPCR program teams.
? Achieve sales plans and manage account receivables, as well as track and maintain profitability of your accounts.
? Provide input into business case analysis for new business opportunities.
? Build and maintain customer relationships and communications with account and engine account teams.
? Provide internal reports, documentation including forecast, sales reports, monthly business summaries and market analysis, etc.
? Conduct timely and documented resolution of warranty, delivery, invoicing, and account receivable issues.
? Represent Company in a professional manner to account Purchasing and Engineering organizations and communicate effectively with leadership.
? Be familiar with system tools to track orders (GIEA), implement PCRs (VPCR), and pull sales and forecast data (Discoverer).
? Other tasks assigned by Supervisor.

REQUIREMENTS:
? Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Engineering with at least 3 years’ experience is required.
? Experience with external customers is required.
? Technical knowledge - Level of understanding and ability to use technical or professional information.
? Have general understanding of how after treatment systems work.
? Good Command of English
? Communication – Has excellent verbal and written communication skills and can relate well with customers.
