RESPONSIBILITIES
The Business Development Manager is responsible for building and maintaining valuable regional partnerships with other companies and organizations who serve similar customer segments. This position is to execute.
? Drive the sales expansion of Summer Course and Study Abroad Services
? Identify and contact companies to successfully pitch partnerships for joint events, sponsorships, etc by developing unique proposals for each potential partner includes building network of study abroad agencies, local businesses, media and schools
? Strengthen results from existing partnerships and creating new partnerships by creating clear plans for cooperation with clear benefits for each side; leverage partnerships nationally
? Work with Marketing team members to successfully execute partnerships to achieve forecasted results
? Promote Zhengzhou Oxford International College (“ZZ OIC”) in the pre-opening phase of the College’s development
? Organize information sessions and other events to build brand awareness of ZZ OIC in the community
? Develop and build a database of student leads for future enrolment into ZZ OIC

? Generate new high-quality leads by working with potential partners and individuals to help build brand and brand awareness through events and other communication channels
PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT
The Business Development Manager reports to the regional area manger He or she:

? Participates in annual staff professional reviews and target-setting relating to renewal of post

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS
A successful candidate has:
? Over 5 years of work experience related to business development
? Strong sense of sales
? Motivation ability
? Understanding and ability to train a sales force
? Strong network and ability to leverage network
? Understanding of importance of brand consistency and experience
? Excellent teamwork skills
? Strong English writing skills
? Proficient in English and Chinese
