Key Client Sales Manager-for a global freight forwarding company in 3PL
The Client
Our client is a global freight forwarding company, and looking for a candidate with solid freight forwarding key clients and sales management experience including air freight, sea freight, logistics and domestic transportation
Department: Shenzhen Branch Sales Department
Reports to: Head of Sales Department
Responsibilities
? Develop and provide products to local key shippers
? Develop and improve the Sales management system, to ensure sales activity working in an effective and efficient way
? Visit the key customer and handle complex problems
? Collaborate with all related functions. Deliver customers information, requirement and improve the service quality
? Improve sales personal competency by training and coaching. Cooperate all sales projects and provide related support
? Read and analyse relevant sales report, supervise and evaluate the sales activities according to the quantity, aspect and quality standard
? Understand the target customer, collect and analyse market information, especially the competitor's information, and adjust relevant sales strategy
? Finish the working report monthly
Requirements
? Must have the sales working background and relevant experience
? Business management and relevant subject
? Bachelor or above
? Solid sales experience and knowledge
? Experience of managing a sales team
? Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skill
? Excellent writing and oral English skill
? Be skilful in Office applications
? Management skills
