一． 工作内容：
1. 人力资源工作
1） 在集团人资源中心的领导与管控下，参与协助总经理制定公司战略与发展规划，协调和保障战略发展规划的有效实施。
2） 组织制定公司人力资源战略和行政管理工作计划、人工成本预算等各种规划，并监督各项计划的实施，并根据实际情况对工作进行监督与修订调整。
3） 制定和完善人力资源管理和行政管理制度，建立并完善相关管理体系及管理模式。
4） 负责向公司决策层提供人力资源战略，组织建设等方面的建议，并贯彻实施公司人才战略，致力于提高公司综合管理水平。
5） 负责指导、管理、监督下属人员的业务工作，改善工作质量和服务态度，做好下属人员的绩效考核和奖励惩罚事项。
6） 即时处理公司管理过程中的重大人力资源相关问题。

2. 行政总务工作
1） 协调企业发展过程中所涉及的采购、管理和发放工作。
2） 组织及推动广西巨星两家厂房，及员工宿舍的管理制度的建设及实施。
3） 负责承接和办理集团给定的大型活动。
4） 即时处理公司在日常运营中的重大行政管理相关问题。


二． 岗位要求：
1. 精通人力资源6大模块，并对每个模块都有独立掌控，及全局规划能力。
2. 年龄33-43之间。10年以上人力资源工作经验，5年以上中大型企业人力资源经理工作经验或3年以上同行业人力资源总监工作经验。
3. 对于中大型制造工厂模式的管理有一定的个人见解，有日资或台资工作经验者尤佳。
4. 熟悉广西当地政府办事流程，有政府社交经验者尤佳。
5. 具备人力资源工作所需要的，高度的专业性、职业性、敏锐性。
6. 本科及以上学历。
7. 在工作中能够使用英语做简单的沟通。

高新区：广西南宁市高新区科园大道60号4号综合楼，（往来于两地之前）
经开区：广西南宁市经济技术开发区国凯大道东21号。
