Job Description:
- To support local sales activities and rate enquriy, coordinate with sales' free hand shipment
- To support oversea agent on rate enquiry
- To provide world-class customer service resulting in customer satisfaction
- To assist manager for any special projects
- To perform others duties that may assigned by time to time

Requirement :
- At least two years experience in global NVOCC company of customer service position
- Bachelor degree or above
- Good English communication skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, initiative working attitude and able to work under pressure
- To be a good team player
- Skillful in using MS office, including word/excel/power point/outlook, etc.
