-We, NEA Export Control & Customs (NEA ECC), are looking for a self driven and highly motivated Export Control & Customs Assistant to join the dedicated team.
Introduction
-We specialize in different areas of export control and customs regulations and it is our mission to guarantee the proper and economical implementation of national and international export control and customs regulations in compliance with Siemens’ policies and guidelines.

What are my responsibilities?
- Primary data supporting in SAP & CCM@EC. (30%)
- Monthly spot check of Export Control to sector and OCs in China. (30%)
- Support sector ECCs and OC ECCs colleagues in implementing ECC processes (10%)
- Support in ad hoc departmental projects (30%)

What do I need to qualify for this job?
- knowledge of customs regulation and processes will be a plus
- International and domestic Trading knowledge
- Computer ability, good at Windows, Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
- SAP Know-how is a plus
- Overall English capability (oral or written) (Mid)
- Ability to understand and listen to business needs and requirements
- Able to stick to yours and your colleagues decisions in an empathetic way
- Bachelor degree and above

What elso do i need to know?
-Development and maintenance of an appropriate export control and customs organization, based on Siemens-internal rules incl. guideline competence and duties of control within defined scope of responsibility (covered legal entities).
-Area of responsibility: Regional Companies, Sector Companies within defined scope of ECC ONE responsibility
