Job Description:
? Managerial responsibility for all aspects of the company’s commercial activity.
? Responsibility for local marketing, sales and BDM activity
subordination
CEO of Hanita RCA in Israel
Responsibility:
? Planning and implementation of strategic plan and understanding the value chain for the local market
? Perennial Budget plan .
? Marketing and sales planning and implementation
? Any other responsibility to be determined by Hanita Israel’s CEO from time to time.
? Managing the sales force of Hanita China , today counting with 3 two sales manager and one office manager.
Activities:
? Gaining local market brand recognition and elevate the brand value
? Business development of the Energy efficiency strategy in Window film, VIP, PV
? Implementation of marketing policy
? Looking for new opportunities through sales channels and market trends.
? Efficient inventory management according to market analysis
? Implementation of additional initiatives according to the parent company guideline
Success factors:
? Brand value increase
? Sales increase
? Implementation of yearly business plan
? Increase of profit margins
Job requirements:
? Business administration degree (MBA advantage)
? 7 years' experience as VP Sales and Marketing
? Experience with the energy generation or conservation sectors, building materials.
? Deep Marketing and business development experience.
? Proven experience with foreign companies.
? Deep understanding of western and Chinese business culture
? Fluent English speaker
