Logistics Account Manager
Logistics account manager in PTL Group performs some of the duties of the logistics manager and the duties of a warehouse manager only with relevance to a specific client or clients.
Main Duties
? Plan, monitor, manage and perform the entire importing procedure for the products of client/s;
? Study and analyze the logistics questionnaire for the specific client/s;
? Communicate with the client’s logistic people before shipments are leaving the place of origin, instructing them on the best way to pack and record all shipping documents in order to ensure a smooth release from customs;
? Communicate with custom house and Imp/Exp agent before and during release of goods until goods are smoothly released;
? Allocate goods into designated warehouses or destinations;
? Perform all duties as warehouse manager which are relevant o the client/’s goods;
? Update ERP system & client’s systems on time and not delay recording activities;
? Submit reports to certain person (department manager, clients or inter-department);
? Coordinate and manage currier for distribution of goods;
? Improve procedures and regulation;
? Handle all communication and particular requirements with overseas client;
? Sales order dispatch (PO, SO, Goods delivery & After-sales service);
? Do monthly stock counting but ensure no variance;
? Prepare evaluation based on client’s logistics questionnaire.
Qualifications:
? College degree, major in logistics is preferred;
? More than 3 years working experience, particular on customs clearance matter handling, sales contract dispatch, customer service, etc.;
? Careful, sensitive about figures;
? Good computer skills and excellent written/spoken English;
? Strong service senses.

Indirect report: Deputy GM
