Lead Mechanical Engineering Design work and mentoring mechanical team members/developing competence in product creation and/or product maintenance .

The responsibilities:
？ Understand the requirements including safety and regulatory issues that you are working to and ensure they are documented.
？ Create clear engineering plans and schedules, including planning own and mechanical team’s activities
？ Provide mechanical engineering designs/deliverables that meet required specifications within project timescales and budgets.
？ Ensure that designs are properly verified according to the engineering procedures.
？ Plan own personal career, and responsible for mentoring and developing team’s competence in mechanical domain.
The hiring requirements:
? Academic qualifications, with a masters or doctorate degree in science/engineering discipline.
? Demonstrable and significant experience gained in relevant professional field.
? At least 10 years working experience in a similar R and D environment within international / Joint venture Company developing medical equipment such as linac, simulator, X-ray Machine and the like, is desired.
? Relevant experience of working with relevant CAD tools such as solidworks, etc.
? Knowledge of relevant product technology.
? Project planning skills.
? Fluent in English.
